The Youth Green Alliance is an initiative under the Kenya Scouts Association that aims to mobilize and rally scouts and all young people across the country to actively participate in environmental conservation and sustainability initiatives.
We intend to assist the Kenya Scouts Association achieve its theme “Scouting Innovating Climate Change Solutions”

While creating a social alliance of young people working towards mitigating the effects of climate change locally and globally.
The Youth Green Alliance recognizes that young people are limited in playing a pivotal and active role when it comes to issues to do with climate change this is because of lack of adequate knowledge and information on matters climate change, environmental sustainability and conservation.
We also recognize the scarcity of a social collaborative effort by young people to embrace and foster good environmentally friendly practices that has deterred efforts to achieve environmental sustainability and conservation.
